How does a PRESALE work?
If an item is on PRESALE it means we have that item on order for a future release. You may PRESALE the item to secure having it when it is released. Note that you will be billed for the item at time of order, even though the item may not come in for several month. PRESALE oders can not be cancelled without incurring a 25% restocking charge.
PRESALE - Please Read
Some merchandise is sold as a PRESALE.
Such items are indicated as such and specify in the description
of the item the estimated release and ship date.
NOTE: When you place a PRESALE order for an item your charge card
will be billed at that time the order is placed!
PLEASE DO NOT COMBINE PRESALE MERCHANDISE WITH AVAILABLE MERCHANDISE
OR YOUR AVAILABLE ITEMS WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE PRE-ORDER COMES IN!
If you order items in stock along with presale items the order will be shipped together with the last item that arrives. If you require the in stock items shipped immediately and the order total for the in stock items is less then $100.00 you will be charged $10 per shipment minimum and $10 minimum for each additional shipment whose items total less then $100.00.
Cancellations of Pre-Orders items will incur a 25% restocking fee.
You may also apply payment of a PREORDE to a new order as a store credit.
Ship dates are quoted per the manufacturer and may change due to production issues.
We can not guarantee a ship date.
Please note that there are sometimes delays in receiving new merchandise due to production or shipping issues that we have no control over. We will ship merchandise as soon as we receive it. Also note that the pictures we have online are pictures of prototypes and sometimes the final product may be slightly different than the original prototype.
The merchandise will ship to you as soon as it is in stock.
In the event that merchandise does not come in within 6 months of estimated ship date you
can receive a full refund with no restocking fee.
In the event that merchandise does not come in from the manufacterer, you
can receive a full refund with no restocking fee.
